After you have had your normal bath with soap, 2.You now proceed to prepare the spiritual cleanse with some Florida water and salts eg kosher,epsom,sea salt a pinch of salt Peter etc.(baking soda,white vinegar,whiskey or rum can be added but optional) I do for added strength but can be left out by you if you dont have,it doesnt affect the quality. You can light a white SPIRIT candle while preparing this bath and some INCENSE(e.g Frankincense and myrrh,palo santo, etc)or not,depends on how your spirit is leading you. (It is a white candle regular or tea light ) Then add the florida water abit(a little can go along way not more than a cover, if you have it cheap, then more for you ) inside the water Pray ...
